SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed during regular business hours Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.  Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

FREE SHIPPING: All U.S. orders $400.00 and above receive FREE Ground shipping (5 to 8 business days). Orders below $400.00 shall be charged $7.95 for shipping and handling fees via standard ground shipping.

 

Free Shipping program is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or for Military Shipments. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of Continental USA or International orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders shall be charged the posted costs shown at the moment of sale. In addition, International orders may have to pay additional customs and importation fees customarily due in their home country. Free Shipping program is not available for international orders. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We cannot accept credit cards with international billing or shipping addresses.

We reserve the right to select the carrier of our choosing. You may select Express or Priority for an additional fee. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated by our system based on your order’s weight and shipping address.

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods.

Shipping fees and charges are subject to change without notice.

We will inform you of any items on backorder and if the missing item will delay the order by more than one week. We will not charge your account until such items are available for shipment. Any claims dealing with missing or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

FOR PROFESSIONALS: Due to the different support programs offered by Eltraderm Ltd. and its authorized distributors, each Professional Order placed on-line will be confirmed verbally or by email with the client by our Customer Care department and the appropriate shipping charges (if any) will be discussed at the time of the call. All Skin Care Professional Members receive FREE shipping on all orders above $400.

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR DEALER PARTNERS 
Returns or exchanges for purchases made through an Eltraderm affiliate retailer or partnered Dealer location may not be returned to Eltraderm Ltd. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through our website, eltraderm.com, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution.
